Furniture Box Refund And Exchange Policy

 At Furniture Box, our priority is your complete satisfaction with every purchase. To ensure a smooth and hassle-free experience, we’ve outlined our return policy below.

Return Policy


1. Eligibility for Returns
Before a return is accepted, the item will be inspected upon arrival to verify its condition. To qualify for a return, the item must be:

- Unassembled
- Unused
- Undamaged
- In its original packaging


2. Return Period


You have 7 days from the date of receiving the product to initiate a return request. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns after this period.

3. Return Process


To return an item, contact us at support@furniturebox.ca within the 7-day window, including your order details and reason for the return. Our support team will guide you through the process.

Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returns.
We recommend using a reliable service that offers tracking and insurance.
Securely package the item, as you are responsible for its safe transport until it reaches our warehouse.


4. Refunds


After receiving and verifying the returned item:

You can exchange the item with a 25% restocking fee.
Or return it for a refund with a 30% restocking fee.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, excluding shipping costs.


5. Damaged or Defective Items


Please inspect your items upon delivery and sign off only if there’s no visible damage. If you notice any damage:

Do not accept the shipment and return it to the shipper immediately.
Notify us as soon as possible.
If damage is discovered after unpacking, notify us within 24 hours by emailing a photo of the damage to support@furniturebox.ca.
For items shipped by third-party carriers, we will notify them of the damage, and they will conduct an investigation. Please store the product until the investigation is complete.
For items delivered by Furniture Box, we will take immediate action to resolve the issue.


Cancellation Policy


1. Order Cancellation


You may cancel your order for a full refund within 48 Hours or before the shipping was processed . If you cancel after the shipping , the refund will be processed minus the shipping cost.
To cancel, please contact customer support as soon as possible.

 For all pre-orders on sofa sets, all sales are final and all deposits are non refundable. 

2. Refund Eligibility


If your order is canceled after the shipping label has been issued, a refund will be provided after deducting the shipping cost.
