Shipping and Delivery

 

  •   Our furniture stores offers reliable shipping services for all orders placed with Furniture Box.

  • Shipping costs and delivery times may vary based on your location and the size of the item. Usually within 3 business for deliveries to Toronto and GTA and 5 to 7 days to Ottawa and Montreal.

  • Once your order is confirmed with, we will provide you with the estimated delivery timeframe.

  • Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete to avoid any delivery issues.

  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order is dispatched from our furniture outlet.

 

Delivery Process

For delivery, we offer two options: Delivery Truck for big items as dining tables and chairs or Courier services such as Canpar, Purolator, FedEx, or UPS for smaller items. Our standard shipping service entails curb side or front door delivery for buildings and houses. In the case of apartments, delivery will be made to the main door of the apartment complex. If your house or building has stairs, our standard equipment cannot navigate them. However, we will make every effort to deliver as close as possible or to your garage.

 

If you prefer to have your furniture delivered upstairs or inside your home, please reach out to our service team to arrange an upgrade in the shipping option.

 

For additional services such as white glove delivery and assembly, Furniture Box offer premium delivery options at an extra cost. Please contact our online furniture stores service team for more information and assistance.

Damaged or Defective Items

Please ensure to carefully examine your merchandise upon delivery and sign the confirmation in the presence of the delivery company representative. This is to indicate that you have received the items from our furniture outlet . Take a moment to inspect the order for any visible damage, missing pieces, or incorrect items.

 

If you notice any damage to the product(s) during delivery, we kindly request that you do not accept the shipment. In such cases, please return the product(s) to the shipper without accepting them and inform our online furniture stores immediately to take needed action. In the event that you discover any damage after unpacking the product, it is your responsibility to notify a Furniture Box service team member within 24 hours of accepting the package. We kindly request that you provide us with a picture of the actual damage via email to suppot@furniturebox.ca to assist us in assessing the situation.

 

In situations where a third-party shipping provider is involved, Furniture Box will promptly inform them about the damage as per the carries insurance policy. The third-party shipping company will then initiate an investigation through their claims department for the damaged products. During this time, it is important that you store the product(s) at the delivery address until the third-party shipping company completes their investigation.

 

For packages delivered directly by Furniture Box, we will be taking immediate action to address any issues or damages reported
