  2. Timeframe: The competitor's lower price must be valid and advertised at the time of your purchase from us. We do not offer retroactive price adjustments.

  3. Verification: To request a price match, you must provide proof of the competitor's lower price. This can be in the form of a current advertisement, website link, or any other official documentation.

  4. Exclusions: Our competitor's price protection policy does not apply to clearance sales, closeout items, liquidation sales, limited quantity offers, bundle deals, special promotions, or pricing errors made by competitors.

  5. Process: If you find a lower price from a recognized competitor, please contact our customer service team on support@furniturebox.ca within 7 days of your purchase. Provide them with the necessary information and proof of the competitor's lower price.

  6. Review and Approval: Our team will verify the information provided and review the competitor's price. If it meets all the eligibility criteria, we will adjust the price of your purchase accordingly.

  7. Refunds or Credits: Depending on your original payment method, our Furniture Store we will issue a refund or credit for the difference in price. This will be processed promptly and in accordance with our standard refund procedures.
